What
is the narrative of my work of mini-cinema? The constant slew of grades students have to undergo are psychedelic and chaotic. At the end of the day, the grading system is banal and like advertisements, easily forgotten.
How
is this narrative communicated? The flashing of F and A is what many students may experience throughout their educational careers. These are intermixed together and no clear weight is given on which grade is favored. Most American educated students will likely focus on the F's despite the fact that there are an equal number of A frames as there are F frames. If an individual unfamiliar with the education system looks at this GIF, they should make no distinction between the frames. Ultimately, in a larger context the grade is meaningless but our education system has engrained F as being negative.
